Bags & Items:
You can bring a bag into the arena if it is an A4 sized bag – nothing larger than this will be accepted and you will be turned away by security.
If you purchased an ESL One+ Upgrade, you’ll be able to use the Gym Bag included for the full weekend with no issues.
Cloakroom: Unfortunately, the venue are unable to provide a cloakroom onsite for you to store your belongings. Please read the bag policy carefully and only bring exactly what you need to avoid a long delay to your day.
Timing: Many visitors are expected at ESL One and DreamHack, and because the security level is high, entry may take time. Please arrive well in advance.
An order confirmation is not enough; you must scan the QR code in the app to enter the arena.

No under 12 year olds are permitted at this event.
Under 14 year olds MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs + with a valid ticket, into the venue.
If you experience any problems, please visit the box office at the BP Pulse live arena.
Complaints must always be made directly on-site.

Unfortunately due to venue policy you are unable to bring food or drink into the venue, however there are plenty of food and drink options nearby and you are free to exit and re-enter as often as you wish.
