Do tickets have assigned seats?

No, tickets don't have assigned seats. The event is general admission inside the seating area that you bought your ticket for.

How many tickets can I purchase?

Each individual is allowed to purchase up to 4 tickets only. This is to prevent the scalping of tickets.

Is there an age restriction for the event?

No under 12 year olds are permitted at this event. Under 14 year olds MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs + with a valid ticket, into the venue. (i.e. 14yrs and over can come into the building on their own with a valid ticket).

Is there a Premium priority queue for signing sessions?

Yes! Premium ticket holders will be able to have quicker access to signing sessions via a priority queue.

Can I buy a ticket from the secondary market?

The Ticket Factory is the only official seller for ESL One Birmingham 2024. The Ticket Factory official resale partner is Twickets. Reselling tickets for profit is strictly prohibited. By using the website you agree that you are a consumer, and not a business, trader or person engaged in the resale of tickets. ESL cannot vouch for the authenticity or reliability of tickets sold on other platforms.

Can I still check in if I arrive later in the day?

You can check in whenever you want to! However, the earlier you arrive, the more time you’ll have to watch the matches, visit the booths and go to signing sessions!

Can I leave and re-enter the arena?

Yes you can, once you’ve received your wristband!

When and where do I get my goodie bag?

Can I refund my ticket or give it to a friend?

What items can I not bring into the event?

Our list of prohibited items is as follows :

  • Any item which is intended, or can be adapted, to be used as a weapon, or compromise public safety.
  • Controlled drugs that are held unlawfully.
  • Any item that could contravene our licence or cause disruption to the show or other visitors’ experience. These include glass bottles, cans, flasks, alcohol, fake/replica weapons, picnic hampers, cool boxes, large flags/banners, helium balloons, studded belts, dog collars, trouser chains, sharp/large rings, large professional cameras with detachable lenses, video and audio recorders, tripods, selfie sticks, smoke grenades, flares and fireworks.
  • All above items will be confiscated on arrival and returned at the end of the show, which may delay your access and exit.
Can I leave and re-enter the arena?

We will provide you with wristbands upon first entry, and these will give you the opportunity to leave and re-enter the arena whenever you’d like throughout the entire event.

What language will the event be in?

English.

Despite extending the visa deadline to 12:00 CEST on the 8th of April, 1Win were unable to field an eligible roster in time for ESL One Birmingham 2024, due to them being unable to secure visas for their players by the time that the extended deadline had passed.

While we first aimed to invite another team from the EEU Regional Qualifiers, the next team in line was also unable to secure visas in time.

We have to prioritise the competitive integrity of the tournament and ensure that we have the correct number of teams able to compete — OG was invited as the next eligible team to compete in the event.
