Ticket FAQs

Do tickets have assigned seats?

No, tickets don't have assigned seats. The event is general admission inside the seating category that you bought your ticket for.

I bought an Infield ticket, can I still sit with my friends in the Ranks?

No - each ticket is only available for its particular area. If you are coming as a group, make sure you all purchase the same seat ticket type! Each of you will still be able to purchase a Premium add-on with your ticket to customise your experience!

What are ticket add-ons?

For this ESL One event, your ticket will only give you access to the event, as well as to your chosen seating area. To customise and upgrade your experience, you can now purchase the Premium add-on! This includes an array of benefits to give you the best possible experience in the Royal Paragon Hall, similar to a Premium ticket from previous events!

How many tickets can I purchase?

Each individual is allowed to purchase up to 5 tickets only. This is to prevent the scalping of tickets.

Is there an age restriction for the event?

No under 12 year olds are permitted at this event. Under 14 year olds MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs + with a valid ticket, into the venue. (i.e. 14 yrs and over can come into the building on their own with a valid ticket).

Is there a Premium priority queue for signing sessions?

Yes! Premium add-on buyers will be able to have quicker access to Signing Sessions via a priority queue.

Can I buy a ticket from the secondary market?

Ticketmelon is the only official seller for ESL One Bangkok 2024. Reselling tickets for profit is strictly prohibited. By using the website you agree that you are a consumer, and not a business, trader or person engaged in the resale of tickets. ESL cannot vouch for the authenticity or reliability of tickets sold on other platforms.

Can I still check in if I arrive later in the day?

You can check in whenever you want to! However, the earlier you arrive, the more time you’ll have to watch the matches, visit the booths and go to signing sessions!

Can I leave and re-enter the arena?

Yes you can, once you’ve received your wristband!

When and where do I get my goodie bag?

Look for more information on this coming soon!

Can I refund my ticket or give it to a friend?

Refunds are not available for any tickets once purchased. However, you can give your ticket to a friend if you would like to!

Arena FAQs

Do you have additional information on accessibility?

Regarding accessible access to the venue:

  • If you are travelling via the BTS sky train, take exits 3 or 5, then take the stardome lift or jewel lift directly to the 5th Floor.
  • If you are travelling by private car, the Siam Paragon has priority parking on the B, M,1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. We would suggest parking at the south wing, then taking the south lift directly to the 5th Floor.
What items can I not bring into the event?

No alcohol, drugs, weapons or pets are allowed to be brought into the venue.

Can I leave and re-enter the arena?

We will provide you with wristbands upon first entry, and these will give you the opportunity to leave and re-enter the arena whenever you’d like throughout the entire event.

What are the Covid-19 restrictions?

As of October 1, 2022, Thailand will no longer have COVID entry requirements. Please exercise normal precautions as necessary when visiting Thailand.

Travellers may enter Thailand with or without vaccination. Vaccination is not required.

No phone app for reporting or tracking is required.

No need to show proof of any vaccination or insurance coverage.

What language will the event be in?

The in-arena commentary will be in English.
