Food and drinks

Food and drinks are allowed to be taken into the arena. You can purchase food from the surrounding food trucks or any vendor in the area. Please note that alcohol is strictly not allowed in the arena.

Covid precautions

We're following precautions set by the government of Malaysia. Vaccination status should be updated via the MySejahtera App. Masks are mandatory indoors, with exception only for eating and drinking.

Security

There will be a security bag check at the entrance of the arena. Alcohol, articles prohibited by law and any other items we deem inappropriate are not allowed.

How to get there

Parking

Car parks are available all around Resort World Genting. The nearest car park is the skyworld carpark, or First World Hotel Car Park. A full day cost of parking is at RM12. Find out more on the official website.

Public Transport

Genting Express Bus Service provides shuttles from KLIA airport directly to the AWANA terminal in Genting Highlands. There are also shuttles from Kuala Lumpur at the following locations:
Pudu Sentral, KL Sentral Station
Terminal Putra LRT Gombak

Once you’ve arrived at the AWANA terminal, you can ride the 10mins Cable Car to get to Resorts World Genting.

Taxi

A regular taxi or Grab from the center of KL to Genting costs around RM60-RM70 excluding toll fares.

Yes! We are operating the event in a free seating model. There will always be seats available when you enter the event. Ticket holders are free to pick any seat of their choice in their designated ticket area.

Arena doors open at 10AM MYT. Goodie bag collection will also be available at the ESL Shop once the arena opens. You're welcome to check out our partner booths at the Madison Square Garden expo.
