Venture into the cosmic world of ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023. A journey led by no other than Nerif, the Oracle and great foreseer.

Join us as we witness the world's best 12 teams attempt to become the makers of their fate during Group Stage from December 11th to 13th. Only the top 8 teams will battle it out in front of a live audience in the arena at the MITEC for the Playoffs on December 15th - 17th. As their courses collide in pursuit of the ESL One Trophy and compete for $1,000,000 - we'll have to wait and see who can Rise Above Fate.

Knowing Oracle ... it could go either way.

Event FAQs

Can I buy a ticket from the secondary market?

Ticketmelon is the only official seller for ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023. ESL is not selling tickets on other platforms and cannot vouch for the authenticity or reliability of tickets sold on other platforms.

Do tickets have assigned seats?

No, tickets don't have assigned seats. The event is general admission inside the seating area that you bought your ticket for.

Is there an age restriction for the event?

If you are 12 and under you must come accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Can I still check in if I arrive later in the day?

You can check in whenever you want to! However, the earlier you arrive, the more matches you will be able to catch! Who knows, you might be able to catch a glimpse of your favourite pro!

Can I leave and re-enter the arena?

Yes you can!

When and where do I get my goodie bag?

We will be providing further information on this at a later time.

Can I refund my ticket or give it to a friend?

We aren't able to refund your ticket, but you will be able to give your ticket away to a friend if you aren't able to attend.

Arena FAQs

What are the Covid-19 restrictions?

We currently have no COVID-19 restrictions in place. That said, we encourage all attendees to wear a mask and we will be providing hand sanitizer stations throughout the venue to ensure everyone’s safety.

What can I not bring to the event?

You are not allowed to bring any weapons or sharp objects to the arena.

Professional camera equipment is not allowed.

Food & Drinks bought from outside the MITEC must be disposed of before entering.

Do you have additional information on accessibility?

The venue has a strong setup for wheelchair & mobility impaired access, including elevators in use, ramps at the main entrance and larger doorways for low-stress movement.

Wheelchair users will also have accessible seating available to them in the arena, regardless of the kind of ticket purchased.

Can I bring instruments, flags and banners?

If you want to show support for your favourite teams by bringing their flag or banner we would love to see them! Just make sure that the flags or banners are appropriate and don’t display any exclusionary, violent, or hateful messages.

As for instruments, we would encourage you to check beforehand with us at events@esl.com so that we can ensure that the instruments are fit for the size of the venue.

Can I get food and drinks at the venue?

Yes, though the precise options will be revealed at a later date.

Can I leave and re-enter the arena?

Yes! When first entering the arena, you will receive a wristband. Make sure to keep it, as it will allow you to re-enter the arena during the day.

What language will the event be in?

The arena commentary and signage around the arena will be in English.

Spacious enough for 1,400 vehicles, we offer guests and visitors easy access from the North and South entrances to our Basement 1 and 1A security-patrolled parking bays by our appointed parking operator ParkRite
