EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ESL ONE KATOWICE 2019!
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT?
The minimal age of entering the event alone is 16. Visitors below 13 years of age must either be accompanied by a responsible adult or need to bring a written consent letter from their parents or leagal guardian.
DO TICKETS HAVE FIXED SEATING?
No, you may choose any seat in your ticket level. Day Ticket and Weekend Ticket holders can also sit together.
DOES MY TICKET GRANT ME ACCESS ON ALL DAYS?
All ticket categories - except, of course, day tickets - give you access to the Spodek Arena on all three event days of ESL One Katowice 2019.
MAY I RE-ENTER THE STADIUM?
Yes, with wristbands you are free to re-enter.
WHICH PAYMENT TYPES ARE ACCEPTED AT THE ARENA?
The Spodek Arena accepts cash and credit cards.
ARE THERE ANY SIDE ACTIVITIES?
Yes. Beside our partner booth there are many side activities
IS THERE GOING TO BE AN ESL SHOP?
Yes, there will be an ESL shop with a big variety of team merchandise at the venue!
ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
No, they are not but you can give your ticket to a friend or sell it in our event group for example.
Do all tickets guarantee a seat?
No. Only premium tickets guarantee you a seat in a section dedicated for premium seat holders. Early entrance tickets make finding seat much easier because you can come in about two hours earlier than people without tickets. Other benefits include being able to enter and re-enter through the premium entrance and avoiding the biggest queues.
can i bring a backpack to the arena?
You are not allowed to bring bags and suitcases larger than 55x25x40cm. A bag check will be available where you can leave your backpack for a fee of 20 PLN.
Can I bring food into the arena?
No, the venue doesn't allow to bring any food to the Spodek audience.
Will I be able to buy food and drink on the spot?
Yes, there is a large variety of food and drinks available.
CAN I GIVE MY TICKET TO A FRIEND?
Yes, that's no problem.
What language will the stage show be in?
Katowice main events have always been commentated in English and that won’t change for 2019.
When do the doors open?
On February 22-24th, people with tickets will be allowed in at 09:30. People without tickets will be able to enter at approximately 12:00.
Can I enter the event without a ticket?
Yes, however for people without tickets doors open several hours later than for ticket holders and if the venue reaches full capacity, you won’t be able to get in until there is space again after people leave.
I have a Full Premium Experience Ticket. Where can I pick up the goodie bag?
Goodie bags will be handed out at the entrance for premium ticket holders. Only three day premium tickets make you eligible for a goodie bag.
What can I bring with me to ESL One?
The following items are not allowed inside the event:
- Firearms, weapons and sharp objects;
- Explosives and flares;
- Liquids in containers over 0.5 liters in volume, or in glass or metal containers (only plastic and paper containers are allowed);
- Alcohol and drugs;
- Flags and banners, devices that make noise - without prior authorization from the organizer;
- Propaganda, racist, xenophobic and otherwise discriminatory materials;
- Posters, flyers or political pamphlets and other advertising materials;
