Is there a minimum age requirement?
Children aged 14 or under should be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over if they want to attend the event. Just bring your whole family! 🙂
do tickets have fixed seating?
You may choose any seat in your ticket level. Weekend and Weekend Plus holders can sit together in the ranks! Premium guests have the best seats in the house and sit right in the middle of the player walk-in.
may i leave and re-enter the arena?
Yes, but don't forget to scan out before leaving! Last re-entry is during the last match of the day though, so make sure to come back in time!
ARE THERE ANY FOOD AND DRINK OPTIONS?
The arena offers a large selection of food and drinks from soft drinks, wines, beers to fish & chips, kebab wraps, sandwiches, sweets, and more! Alternatively, you can always leave the arena and eat outside.
CAN I BRING MY CAMERA TO THE EVENT?
Please note that only point and shoot, or action cameras can be brought into the arena. Cameras with interchangeable lenses and DSLR cameras are not permitted as well as food items and drinks from outside.
can i bring a backpack to the arena?
The arena doesn’t allow big bags inside the venue that exceed A4 format (21cm x 29,5cm x 15cm) and all bags need to be searched at the entrance, which could cause delays getting people into the Arena.
Does my ticket grant me access on all days?
Premium, Weekend Plus and Weekend tickets grant you access on all Event days from Friday to Sunday. Day tickets only grant you access on the day you bought the ticket for (Friday, Saturday OR Sunday).
Which payment types are accepted at the arena?
The Arena Birmingham went cashless a while ago. Cashless simply means just that paying by card or contactless only but you can still pay by cash on merch and on parking!
Is there going to be an ESL Shop?
Yes, there will be an ESL shop with a big variety of team merchandise at the venue!
Can I give my ticket to a friend?
Yes, that's no problem.
