Attendees have to be 16 years old or older. People between 12 to 15 must be followed by their parents.

All ticket types except, of course, Day Tickets grant you access to the arena on both event days.
You can choose any seat in your ticket level. Weekend and Plus Ticket holders can also sit together.
No, they are not but you can give your ticket to a friend. The name on the ticket doesn't matter.

No, Jeunesse Arena does not allow attendees to bring food.
Since the days are so long, the arena allows backpacks, we only potentially require short backpack checks when entering the venue.
Please note that only point and shoot, or action cameras can be brought into the arena. Cameras with interchangeable lenses and DSLR cameras are not permitted. Taking photos with your smartphone is, of course, allowed!
The following items are not allowed inside the Jeunesse Arena:
Firearms, weapons and any sharp objects such as umbrellas.
- Explosives and flares
- Liquids in containers
- Alcohol and drugs
- Propaganda, racist, xenophobic and otherwise discriminatory materials
- Posters, flyers or political pamphlets and other advertising materials
There are plenty of fast food restaurants spread in the arena.
Yes, there is going to be an ESL Shop where you can get team merchandise and esports apparel.

There is a variety of food stands and vendors directly inside the arena that offer something for everyone. You can also take your meal to your seating. Alternatively, you can exit the arena and have your lunch somewhere outside the arena and then re-enter.
