Yes, you have to be at least 16 years old to attend. The legal age limit in Germany is 16+ for this event and we cannot make any exceptions, even with a legal guardian present or written authorization.

All ticket types except, of course, Day Tickets grant you access to the arena on all three event days.
You can choose any seat in your ticket level. Weekend and Plus Ticket holders can also sit together.
It's because of Eventim's ticketing system that automatically adds this to every ticket sold. But upper- and lower-rank tickets are equal during ESL One Cologne 2019. You can enter both ranks with either "upper" or "lower" rank written on your ticket. So upper-ticket holders can sit together with lower-ticket holders.
No, they are not but you can give your ticket to a friend. The name on the ticket doesn't matter.

Yup, once you have a wristband, you can leave and re-enter as many times as you wish.
Last re-entry is during the last match of the day though, so make sure to come back in time. =)
No, LANXESS arena doesn't allow food and drinks from the outside to be brought into the arena.
There is a variety of food stands and vendors directly inside the arena that offer something for everyone. You can also take your meal to your seating. Alternatively, you can exit the arena and have your lunch somewhere outside the arena and then re-enter.
The arena doesn’t allow big bags that exceed A4 format and all bags need to be searched at the entrance, so if you can, leave your bag at home, at your hotel or at the ESL One Camp.
Please note that only point and shoot, or action cameras can be brought into the arena. Cameras with interchangeable lenses and DSLR cameras are not permitted. Taking photos with your smartphone is, of course, allowed!
The following items are not allowed inside the LANXESS arena:
- Firearms, weapons and any sharp objects
- Explosives and flares
- Liquids in containers
- Alcohol and drugs
- Propaganda, racist, xenophobic and otherwise discriminatory materials
- Posters, flyers or political pamphlets and other advertising materials
- Bags and suitcases larger than DIN A4
